Movement is a fundamental part of optimal health. A lack of movement leads to poor health and creates a physical environment in where diseases can manifest. Poor movement affects all body systems, including the Digestive, Immune, Nervous, Circulatory, Respiratory, Endocrine (Hormonal), Urinary, and Musculoskeletal Systems. Encouraging movement is a necessary aspect of staying fit and healthy.

Physical Performance is individualised, depending on body composition, gender, age, nutrition and emotional health.

As your fitness coach, I’ll design a personalised exercise program that is specific to you and your individual attributes. We will work together to establish a workout plan tailored to your goals and preferences. Once you have an exercise plan to follow, I will check in regularly, monitor your progress and review goals. We will assess the program’s effectiveness and, if required, make modifications.
